The WEST Education Forum Access & Aspirations for all was held on March 30, 2012 in New Lynn. Sponsors and organising partners included Auckland Council, Unitec, ECE-Express, Waitakere Area Principals Association (WAPA) and COMET

The forum heard from a range of people from across the education and training spectrum, with a real focus on growing opportunities through education and work for people in West Auckland. Click here for the Forum flyer.

Keynote speakers and workshop presenters shared their views, research, and initiatives with the forum, with subjects ranging from growing early learning, enhancing school development, growing our young people, growing our skills and employability, and strengthening families and adults. We’ve put together a resources page for those interested in the WEST Education Forum and the discussions that took place.
